Crying Fewer Tears

I have been a cryer my entire life.  I cry at funerals and I cry at weddings.  I cry during commercials on television.  I cry when my students receive awards and I cry if they don’t receive awards that I think they deserved.  I cry when I’m frustrated during sewing or a card game.  It seemed like my “go to” emotion was crying.

A family member suggested Body Code.  Guess what came as a frequent trapped emotion?  Crying!!  Crying may be tears outwardly or suppressed.  We were releasing 5, 10 and more at a time!!  And, I began to cry less and less.  Now, friends have noticed that I’m not crying as much and ask, “Are you okay?”
